Our journey from the 1950s to today
Founded in Mersin in the 1950s as a small-scale contracting firm, Sayram Construction has become one of Turkey's established construction companies, leaving its mark in more than 13 countries with three generations of experience and over 70 years of expertise.
Foundation
Founded in Mersin as a construction company, Sayram began operating in turnkey residential and public building projects from its early years.
Transition to Tunnel Formwork System
Among the first companies in Turkey to adopt tunnel formwork technology, Sayram significantly increased construction speed and quality with this system.
Large-Scale Projects
Large-scale projects such as hospitals, schools and public buildings began to be undertaken. A strong reference portfolio was built domestically.
International Expansion
International projects were undertaken, particularly in Central Asia and the Middle East. Infrastructure was strengthened to establish presence internationally with production quality.
Quality Certification
ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety System certifications obtained.
Third Generation Leadership
The company was restructured under the leadership of third-generation civil engineer Ahmet Bahadır Lülecioğlu. Project management and engineering capacity was significantly increased.
Operations in 13 Countries
The number of countries where projects were completed reached 13. A strong international presence was established in Europe, Africa and Central Asia.
Digital Transformation
BIM modeling, digital project management and AI-assisted processes were adopted. Machinery park and equipment were completely renewed.
Today
One of Turkey's reliable construction companies, with three generations of experience, 70+ years of expertise, projects completed in 13+ countries, an ISO-certified quality system and a strong engineering team.
